1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Zappia app (“the app”) and of the zappia.tv website, published by G3F Digital, Quebec, Canada. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.
2. Zappia is a player
Zappia lets you play sources that you add yourself: an Xtream Codes account provided by a service provider, a link to an M3U playlist or an .m3u file, and a program guide in XMLTV format. The app contains, sells, provides and recommends no channels, no movies, no series and no playlists.
You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for the use you make of them. You agree to use Zappia only with content you have the right to watch and, where applicable, to record for your private use, in compliance with the laws of your country and the rights of the rights holders. G3F Digital has no connection with the providers or the content you choose and cannot act on them.
3. License
G3F Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on the devices linked to your Google account, for private use. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or circumvent its protections, except to the extent permitted by law.
4. Zappia Premium
The app is free. Some features are reserved for Zappia Premium, offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time “lifetime” purchase. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play, under Google Play’s terms. G3F Digital never receives your payment information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions; Premium remains active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refund requests follow Google Play’s rules, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection laws.
- Premium is tied to your Google account: it can be restored on another device with “Restore purchases”.
5. Operation and changes
We do our best to make Zappia work reliably, but playback depends on your sources, your connection and your device, over which we have no control. The app is provided “as is”. Its features may change over the course of updates; a Premium feature included in a purchased plan will not be removed without an equivalent solution, unless required by law or for technical reasons.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, G3F Digital is not liable for interruptions or for the content of the sources added by the user, for recordings missed because of a device that was turned off, a network outage or a lack of storage space, or for indirect damages related to the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.
7. Personal data
Zappia does not require an account and sends us no data about you. See the privacy policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Zappia name, logo and software belong to G3F Digital. Android, Android TV, Google TV and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, subject to the mandatory rules of the country where you reside as a consumer.
